Straw yellow in color with slight greenish reflections, with a lively and fruity aroma with fresh notes of citrus and aromatic herbs, with mineral nuances; it presents itself in the mouth with a dry and fresh flavor with savory and soft tones.

continues its refinement on its lees until the

spring after.
