Winemaking technique
The grapes, harvested at the time of their complete ripeness, are subjected to destemming-crushing and
subsequent fermentation with intense maceration of about 15 days. The free-run wine continues its refinement in
large French oak barrels for about 18 months and then in the bottle for at least six months.
Organoleptic characteristics
To the eye it has a ruby color of great intensity. It has a broad and enveloping aroma, with light notes
of spice. The taste is soft, balanced, with an excellent structure, with notes of vanilla, roasted coffee
and cocoa very persistent. The 18 months spent in wood enhance the great body, balance and pleasantness.
