A meeting between history and the new generation of winemakers who see in Pigato a sweet and fruity scent accompanied by that sea breeze typical of the area.
Ancient vineyards that make this wine intense and structured, giving those who drink it marine and ample composite scents, so we decide to dedicate it to Grandparents Guido and Dario, who have taught us so much and who, of those teachings, make a trace to define our future.
Straw yellow color with slight golden reflections,
Intense, fruity and persistent aroma with hints of
white flowers, peach and honey on a mineral background; Yes

WINEMAKING: The whole grapes are pressed
softly, the must is clarified with
nitrogen blowing to protect the aromas
Primary. Fermentation takes place in tanks of
temperature-controlled steel. After the
alcoholic fermentation the wine is decanted and
continues its refinement on its lees until the
spring after.
