Production area: South-western area of the Basilicata Region.
Harvest period: End of August for the Chardonnay; third decade of September for Malvasia and Fiano.
Harvesting method: Hand harvesting of the grapes in crates of 12 – 15 kg and immediate transport of the same in the cellar.
Vinification: Crushing, destemming and immediate pressing of the grapes, decanting of the grapes must and fermentation at a controlled temperature from 15° to 18° C. in tanks
of stainless steel.
Aging: In stainless steel tanks and in the bottle for at least 1 month.
Features Organoleptic: Elegant and modern quality wine that presents: Light and bright straw white color.
Fruity bouquet typical of the varieties, intense and balanced.
Fresh, soft and persistent flavor with a slight acidulous vein, very pleasant in its harmony.
Alcohol: 12% vol.
Food pairing and serving temperature: Ideal both as an aperitif and with appetizers and seafood dishes, fresh cheeses and white meats.
It should be served at 10° - 12° C.
